Cancellation Policy Your scheduled appointment time is reserved for you and we request that you inform us 24 hours in advance of any change. A $6.00 fee will be charged for broken appointments without adequate advance notice. This fee only covers a small portion of the actual cost of a missed appointment . Your appointment time is reserved for you in order that you can be seen without excessive waiting time. When patients fail to keep their appointments, it is usually too late to make productive use of the available time. This increases the cost of providing care and makes the wait for available appointments unnecessarily long.
