World Class Data Center
Our dedicated servers are located in a Class 4 hurricane proof data center in Tampa Bay, Florida. Hands-on server support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week and equipment is protected by industrial fire extinguishing and biometric security access systems. Environmental systems keep equipment temperatures at optimal levels while uninterruptible power supplies keep the power on, with generator back-up with a minimum of 48 hours of fuel available.

Three direct internet connections to providers that include Level 3 and Global Crossing, the two largest global backbone providers available; we do not use tier-2 connectivity. All providers have a presence in our data center and have their own redundant fiber routes in to and out of the building.

Enterprise switches, routers and hardware load balancers exclusively from Foundry Networks and all with redundant power even down to the server racks. Redundant core and border (peering) routers for customers that wish to bring their own network equipment in and have redundant connections to us.
